Translation

វៃសម្បាយនៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ ខណៈដែលគាត់បន្តដំណើរ បុរសមានព្រលឹងធម៌នោះបានឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់សមុទ្រ—ម្ចាស់នៃទន្លេទាំងឡាយ—ដោយចិត្តមាំមួនស្របតាមធម៌។
