Transliteration

yathā bibheda samayaṃ namucer vāsavaḥ purā |

Translation

វៃសម្បាយនៈបានមានពាក្យថា៖ «ឱ មហាប្រជាធិបតី! សូមស្តាប់ដោយត្រឹមត្រូវ ដូចដែលវាបានកើតឡើង—នៅកាលបុរាណ វាសវៈ (ឥន្ទ្រា) បានបំពានលើសច្ចាប្រណិធានដែលខ្លួនបានធ្វើជាមួយនាមុចិ ដោយរបៀបណា ហើយអ្វីបានកើតតាមក្រោយ»។
