បន្ទាប់មក ដោយលំបាកយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ធ្រិតរាស្ត្រៈ ម្ចាស់ផែនដី បានព្យាយាមបន្តទៅមុខ/បើកមាត់និយាយ—បង្ហាញពីទម្ងន់ធ្ងន់នៃសង្គ្រាម និងផលវិបាករបស់វា។
