Aśvatthāman’s Curse, Parikṣit’s Future, and the Mani’s Restitution
परिक्षिन्नाम नृपतिर्मिषतस्ते सुदुर्मते । दुर्मते! इसके बाद तेरे देखते-देखते महाबाहु कुरुराज परीक्षित् ही इस भूमण्डलका सम्राट् होगा
parikṣinnāma nṛpatir miṣatas te sudurmate | durmate! iṣke bāda tere dekhate-dekhate mahābāhu kururāja parīkṣit hi asya bhūmaṇḍalasya samrāṭ bhaviṣyati ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈ បាននិយាយថា៖ «ព្រះមហាក្សត្រមួយអង្គឈ្មោះ បរិក្សិត នឹងលេចឡើង—ខណៈដែលអ្នក ឱ អ្នកមានបញ្ញាខុសឆ្គងយ៉ាងខ្លាំង កំពុងមើលដោយអស់សង្ឃឹម។ មែនហើយ ទោះអ្នកមើលឃើញផ្ទាល់ ក៏ព្រះអង្គ បរិក្សិត ព្រះអង្គកុរុដ៏មានដៃខ្លាំង នឹងក្លាយជាសម្រស់រាជាធិបតីលើផែនដីទាំងមូលនេះ»។
