वैशम्पायन उवाच एवमुक्त्वा स धर्मात्मा वाक््यं तदभिपूज्य च । मुहूर्तात् प्राप्तकालं च दृष्टवा लोकचरं मुनिम्
vaiśampāyana uvāca evam uktvā sa dharmātmā vākyam tad abhipūjya ca | muhūrtāt prāptakālaṃ ca dṛṣṭvā lokacaraṃ munim |
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយ៖ ព្រះរាជាដែលមានព្រលឹងប្រកបដោយធម៌ នោះបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូច្នេះ ហើយបានគោរពសរសើរព្រះវាចនៈរបស់នារទៈយ៉ាងសមគួរ។ បន្ទាប់ពីមួយសន្ទុះ ព្រះអង្គបានឃើញថាពេលវេលាសមរម្យបានមកដល់ ហើយបានសង្កេតឃើញមុនីនារទៈ អ្នកដើរទស្សនាលោកទាំងអស់។ ដូច្នេះ ព្រះអង្គបានត្រៀមចូលទៅជិតដោយក្តីគោរព ដើម្បីសួរបន្ថែមនៅមុខព្រះមហាក្សត្រទាំងឡាយដែលប្រជុំគ្នា។
