Śiśupāla-vadha in the Rājasūya-sabhā (शिशुपालवधः — राजसूयसभायाम्)
नातिचक्राम भीष्मस्य स हि वाक्यमरिंदम: । समुदवृत्तो घनापाये वेलामिव महोदधि:
nāticakrāma bhīṣmasya sa hi vākyam ariṃdamaḥ | samudavṛtto ghanāpāye velām iva mahodadhiḥ ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ អ្នកបង្ក្រាបសត្រូវមិនបានលើសលប់ព្រះបន្ទូលបញ្ជារបស់ភីស្មៈឡើយ។ ដ្បិតសូម្បីតែពេលសមុទ្រកើនឡើងខ្លាំងនៅចុងរដូវភ្លៀង មហាសមុទ្រក៏មិនឆ្លងផុតពីឆ្នេររបស់ខ្លួនដែរ។ នេះជាឧទាហរណ៍បង្ហាញពីអំណាចដែលត្រូវបានទប់ស្កាត់ក្នុងព្រំដែននៃអធិបតេយ្យត្រឹមត្រូវ។
