तथा सा पतिता देवी गान्धारी दीर्घदर्शिनी । शुशोच बहुलालापै: कर्णस्य निधन युधि
tathā sā patitā devī gāndhārī dīrghadarśinī | śuśoca bahulālāpaiḥ karṇasya nidhanaṃ yudhi ||
ដូចគ្នានោះ ព្រះនាងគន្ធារី អភិជននារីមានទស្សនៈឆ្ងាយ ក៏ដួលចុះដោយទុក្ខសោក ហើយយំសោកដោយពាក្យរំលែកជាច្រើន សម្រាប់ការស្លាប់របស់កರ್ಣនៅលើសមរភូមិ។
