अद्य निर्धान॑राष्ट्रां च भ्रात्रे दास्यामि मेदिनीम्
Transliteration
adya nirdhāna-rāṣṭrāṁ ca bhrātre dāsyāmi medinīm
Translation
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ «ថ្ងៃនេះ ខ្ញុំនឹងប្រគល់ផែនដីនេះឲ្យបងប្រុសរបស់ខ្ញុំ ហើយខ្ញុំនឹងធ្វើឲ្យពួកធារតរាស្ត្រ ក្លាយជាអត់សម្បត្តិទាំងស្រុង»។
