कर्णवधार्थं धनञ्जयस्य प्रतिज्ञा — Arjuna’s resolve for Karṇa’s defeat

रथियोंमें श्रेष्ठ सुशर्मा उनके ऊपर बाणोंकी वर्षा करने लगा तथा अन्य संशप्तकोंने भी अर्जुनको अनेक बाण मारे ।। सुशर्मा तु ततः पार्थ विद्ध्वा दशभिराशुगै: । जनार्दनं त्रिभिर्बाणैरहनद्‌ दक्षिणे भुजे,सुशर्माने दस बाणोंसे अर्जुनको घायल करके श्रीकृष्णकी दाहिनी भुजापर तीन बाण मारे

suśarmā tu tataḥ pārtha viddhvā daśabhir āśugaiḥ | janārdanaṃ tribhir bāṇair ahanad dakṣiṇe bhuje ||

សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយ៖ បន្ទាប់មក សុសម្មា អ្នកជិះរថសង្គ្រាមដ៏ល្អឥតខ្ចោះ បានបាញ់អរជុន (បារថ) ដោយព្រួញលឿនដប់ដើម; ហើយដោយព្រួញបីដើម គាត់ក៏បានបង្ករបួសដល់ជនារទនៈ (ព្រះក្រឹស្ណ) លើដៃស្តាំផងដែរ។
