Adhyāya 41 — Kṛṣṇa’s Battlefield Briefing and the Renewal of the Great Engagement
स मां निशम्याथ महातपस्वी संशप्तवान् रोषपरीतचेता: । सूतोपधावाप्तमिदं तवास्त्र न कर्मकाले प्रतिभास्यति त्वाम्,“तदनन्तर मेरा वृत्तान्त सुनकर महातपस्वी परशुरामजीके मनमें मेरे प्रति अत्यन्त रोष भर गया और उन्होंने मुझे शाप देते हुए कहा--'सूत! तूने छल करके यह ब्रह्मास्त्र प्राप्त किया है। इसलिये काम पड़नेपर तेरा यह अस्त्र तुझे याद न आयेगा
sa māṁ niśamyātha mahātapasvī saṁśaptavān roṣaparītacetāḥ | sūtopadhāvāptam idaṁ tavāstraṁ na karmakāle pratibhāsyati tvām ||
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយ៖ ពេលព្រះបរហ្សុរាម មហាតបស្វី បានស្តាប់រឿងរ៉ាវរបស់ខ្ញុំហើយ ព្រះអង្គមានចិត្តពោរពេញដោយកំហឹង ហើយប្រកាសបណ្តាសា៖ «ឱ សូត! អ្នកបានទទួលអាវុធនេះដោយល្បិចបោកប្រាស់។ ដូច្នេះ នៅពេលដែលដល់វេលាការងារ អាវុធនេះនឹងមិនលេចឡើងក្នុងការចងចាំរបស់អ្នកឡើយ»។
