भीष्मभीमसमागमः — Bhīṣma–Bhīma Strategic Engagement and Counsel to the King
अव्यूहत स्वयं व्यूहं भीष्मो व्यूहविशारद: । मण्डलं मनुजश्रेष्ठो नानाशस्त्रसमाकुलम्,तदनन्तर निर्मल प्रभातकी बेलामें व्यूहविशारद नरश्रेष्ठ बलवान् भीष्मने अपनी सेनाके द्वारा स्वयं ही मण्डल नामक व्यूहका निर्माण किया, जो नाना प्रकारके अस्त्र-शस्त्रोंसे सम्पन्न था
sañjaya uvāca | avyūhat svayaṃ vyūhaṃ bhīṣmo vyūhaviśāradaḥ | maṇḍalaṃ manujaśreṣṭho nānāśastrasamākulam ||
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ បន្ទាប់មក ភីស្មៈ—អ្នកជំនាញក្នុងការរៀបចំយុទ្ធវិន្យាស—បានរៀបចំកងទ័ពដោយខ្លួនឯងឲ្យជាយុទ្ធវិន្យាសរាងមូលឈ្មោះ «មណ្ឌល» (Maṇḍala) ដែលពោរពេញដោយអាវុធជាច្រើនប្រភេទ។ ទិដ្ឋភាពនេះបង្ហាញពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដែលមានវិន័យ និងអំណាចបញ្ជាការនៅក្នុងសង្គ្រាម ដែលការរៀបចំ និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនត្រូវបានដាក់ប្រឆាំងនឹងទម្ងន់ធម៌ដ៏ធ្ងន់នៃសង្គ្រាមរវាងសាច់ញាតិ។
