यावान्‌ भूम्यवकाशो<यं दृश्यते शशलक्षणे । तस्य प्रमाण प्रब्रूहि ततो वक्ष्यसि पिप्पलम्‌

Transliteration

dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca |

yāvān bhūmy-avakāśo 'yaṃ dṛśyate śaśa-lakṣaṇe |

tasya pramāṇaṃ prabrūhi tato vakṣyasi pippalam ||

Translation

ធృతរाष्ट्रបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះចន្ទដែលមានសញ្ញាទន្សាយ! ចូរប្រាប់ខ្ញុំអំពីមាត្រដ្ឋាននៃលំហលើផែនដី ដែលភ្នែកអាចមើលឃើញ។ បន្ទាប់ពីប្រាប់ទំហំរួច សូមពណ៌នាទីតាំងដើមពិព្ពល (ដើមល្វាសក្ការៈ) ឲ្យខ្ញុំ»។
