स्थिता युद्धाय महते ततो युद्धमवर्तत । इसी प्रकार समस्त पाण्डव भी अर्जुनको सब ओरसे घेरकर महायुद्धके लिये वहाँ डटे हुए थे, अतः उनमें भारी युद्ध छिड़ गया
sthitā yuddhāya mahate tato yuddham avartata |
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ «ពួកគេបានត្រៀមខ្លួន និងឈរមាំមួនសម្រាប់សង្គ្រាមដ៏ធំ ហើយបន្ទាប់មកការប៉ះទង្គិចក៏ចាប់ផ្តើមឡើង។» ដូចគ្នានេះដែរ បណ្ឌវទាំងអស់ក៏ឈរមាំមួននៅទីនោះ សម្រាប់ការប្រយុទ្ធដ៏មហិមា ដោយព័ទ្ធអរជុនពីគ្រប់ទិស; ដូច្នេះ ការប្រយុទ្ធដ៏សាហាវបានផ្ទុះឡើងក្នុងចំណោមពួកគេ។
