Bhīṣma–Dhanaṃjaya Duel and the Opening Clash
द्रौपदेयाउभिमन्युश्न॒ परिवद्रुर्धन॑ जयम् । उस समय सात्यकि, विराट, ट्रुपदकुमार धृष्टद्युम्न, द्रौपदीके पाँचों पुत्र और अभिमन्यु --इन सबने अर्जुनको उनकी रक्षाके लिये चारों ओरसे घेर लिया
sañjaya uvāca | draupadeyābhimanyūś ca parivavruḥ dhanañjayam |
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ បុត្រទាំងប្រាំរបស់ទ្រೌપទី និង អភិមន្យុ បានព័ទ្ធជុំវិញ ធនញ្ជ័យ (អរជុន) ពីគ្រប់ទិស ដើម្បីការពារ។ នៅពេលនោះ សាត្យគី វិរាត ធೃષ્ટദ്യុម្ន និងកូនប្រុសរបស់ទ្រុបដា ក៏បានបង្កើតរង្វង់ការពារ ជុំវិញអរជុន ក្នុងសមរភូមិដ៏ចង្អៀត។
