प्रशमे हि कृतो यत्न: सुमहान्‌ सुचिरं मया । न चैव शकित: कर्तु कर्ण सत्यं ब्रवीमि ते

Transliteration

praśame hi kṛto yatnaḥ sumahān suciraṃ mayā | na caiva śakitaḥ kartuṃ karṇa satyaṃ bravīmi te ||

Translation

ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ដើម្បីសន្តិភាព ខ្ញុំបានខិតខំយ៉ាងធំធេង និងយូរអង្វែង។ ប៉ុន្តែខ្ញុំមិនអាចសម្រេចបានឡើយ។ កರ್ಣៈ ខ្ញុំប្រាប់អ្នកតាមសេចក្តីពិត»។
