तमापतन्तं सहसा महेन्द्रगजसंनि भम् । परं यत्नं समास्थाय बीभत्सु: प्रत्यपद्यत,देवराज इन्द्रके ऐरावत हाथीके समान उस गजराजको सहसा आते देख अर्जुनने बड़ा यत्न करके उसका सामना किया
tam āpatantaṃ sahasā mahendragaja-sannibham | paraṃ yatnaṃ samāsthāya bībhatsuḥ pratyapadyata ||
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយ៖ ពេលឃើញដំរីមហាអំណាចនោះរត់មកភ្លាមៗ ដូចដំរីដ៏ធំរបស់ព្រះឥន្ទ្រា អរជុន (បីភត្សុ) បានប្រមូលកម្លាំង និងស្មារតីអស់ពីសមត្ថភាព ហើយឈរមាំទទួលការវាយប្រហារដែលកំពុងមកដល់។
