ahaṁ te rakṣaṇaṁ yuddhe kariṣyāmi mahābala | vārayann rathinaḥ sarvān sādhayasva pitāmaham ||
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ វីរបុរសមហាបល! ក្នុងសង្គ្រាមនេះ ខ្ញុំនឹងការពារអ្នក ដោយទប់ស្កាត់អ្នកយុទ្ធរថទាំងអស់។ អ្នកវិញ ចូរសម្រេចភារកិច្ចរបស់អ្នកចំពោះពិតាមហៈ (ភីෂ្ម) ឲ្យបាន»។
