यतः श्यामत्वमापन्ना: प्रजा जनपदेश्वर । जनपदेश्वर! वहाँ रहनेसे ही वहाँकी प्रजा श्यामताको प्राप्त हुई है

Transliteration

yataḥ śyāmatvam āpannāḥ prajā janapadeśvara |

Translation

សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះអម្ចាស់នៃដែនដី! ដោយហេតុនោះហើយ ប្រជាជនបានក្លាយជាមានសម្បុរខ្មៅ; ដោយរស់នៅទីនោះផ្ទាល់ អ្នកស្រុកនៃប្រទេសនោះបានទទួលពណ៌សម្បុរខ្មៅនោះ»។
