Daśame’hani Bhīṣma-yuddham — Śikhaṇḍī-rakṣaṇa, Arjuna-prabhāva, Duryodhana-āśraya-vākyam
न क्षत्रिया रणे राजन् वर्जयन्ति परस्परम् | निर्मर्याद हि युध्यन्ते पितृभिर्श्रातृभि: सह
sañjaya uvāca | na kṣatriyā raṇe rājan varjayanti parasparam | nirmaryādā hi yudhyante pitṛbhiḥ bhrātṛbhiḥ saha rājan |
សញ្ជ័យ បាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ! ក្សត្រិយៈនៅក្នុងសង្គ្រាម មិនលើកលែងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកឡើយ។ ពិតប្រាកដណាស់ ដោយបោះចោលការកំណត់ទាំងអស់ ពួកគេប្រយុទ្ធសូម្បីតែជាមួយ—ឬប្រឆាំង—ឪពុក និងបងប្អូនរបស់ខ្លួន»។
