अश्वमेधावसानम् — Dakṣiṇā-vibhāga and Avabhṛtha
Completion of the Aśvamedha
तच्छुत्वा तु वसुस्तेषामविचार्य बलाबलम् | यथोपनीतैर्यष्टव्यमिति प्रोवाच पार्थिव:
tac chrutvā tu vasus teṣām avicārya balābalam | yathopānītair yaṣṭavyam iti provāca pārthivaḥ ||
ព្រះរាជា វសុ បានស្តាប់ពាក្យរបស់ពួកគេហើយ មិនបានពិចារណាថា ហេតុផលខាងណាមានកម្លាំង ឬខាងណាមានខ្សោយ (មានគុណ ឬមានទោស) ទេ ក៏ប្រកាសដោយប្រញាប់ថា៖ «គួរធ្វើយញ្ញដោយវត្ថុអ្វីក៏ដោយ ដែលគេនាំមក ឬដែលបានរកឃើញ»។
