उपयास्यामि धर्मज्ञ भवत: शासनादहम् । अश्वमेधे महायज्ञे द्विजातिपरिवेषक:,'धर्मज्ञ! आपकी आज्ञासे मैं अश्वमेध महायज्ञमें अवश्य उपस्थित होऊँगा और ब्राह्मगोंको भोजन परोसनेका काम करूँगा
upayāsyāmi dharmajña bhavataḥ śāsanād aham | aśvamedhe mahāyajñe dvijātīpariveṣakaḥ ||
អរជុនបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ អ្នកដឹងធម៌! តាមព្រះបន្ទូលបញ្ជារបស់អ្នក ខ្ញុំនឹងមកចូលរួមពិធីយញ្ញអស្វមេធដ៏មហិមា ដោយមិនខាន ហើយនៅទីនោះ ខ្ញុំនឹងបម្រើដោយចែកចាយអាហារដល់ពួកទ្វិជៈ (អ្នកកើតពីរដង)»។
