आकुमारं तदा राजन्नागमत् तत्पुरं विभो । द्रष्टकामं कुरुश्रेष्ठ प्रयास्यन्तं धनंजयम्
ā-kumāraṁ tadā rājann āgamat tat-puraṁ vibho | draṣṭu-kāmaṁ kuru-śreṣṭhaṁ prayāsyantaṁ dhanañjayam, janamejaya! prabho! |
វៃសម្បាយនៈបានពោលថា៖ ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ឱ ព្រះអង្គដ៏អស្ចារ្យ! នៅពេលនោះ ប្រជាជនទាំងមូលនៃទីក្រុងហាស្ទិនាបុរ—ចាប់ពីកុមាររហូតដល់មនុស្សចាស់—បានហូរចេញមក ដោយប្រាថ្នាចង់ឃើញ ធនញ្ជយ អរជុន អ្នកល្អឯកក្នុងវង្សកុរុ ខណៈព្រះអង្គកំពុងចេញដំណើរ។
