अत--#क+ एकोनपज्चाशत्तमो<ड्ध्याय: धर्मका निर्णय जाननेके लिये ऋषियोंका प्रश्न ऋषय ऊचु: को वा स्विदिह धर्माणामनुछेयतमो मतः । व्याहतामिव पश्यामो धर्मस्य विविधां गतिम्
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | ko vā svid iha dharmāṇām anuṣṭheyatamo mataḥ | vyāhatām iva paśyāmo dharmasya vividhāṃ gatim ||
ព្រះឥសីទាំងឡាយបានទូលសួរ៖ «ឱ ព្រាហ្មណ៍! ក្នុងលោកនេះ ក្នុងចំណោមធម៌ទាំងអស់ តើធម៌ណាត្រូវបានគេចាត់ទុកថាល្អបំផុត សមគួរបំផុតសម្រាប់អនុវត្ត? ព្រោះយើងឃើញផ្លូវធម៌ជាច្រើន ដូចជាប៉ះទង្គិច និងរារាំងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក»។
