बुद्धिह्हि व्यवसायेन लक्ष्यते नात्र संशय: । चिन्तन मनका और निश्चय बुद्धिका लक्षण है; क्योंकि मनुष्य इस जगतमें मनके द्वारा चिन्तन की हुई वस्तुओंका बुद्धिसे ही निश्चय करते हैं
buddhir hi vyavasāyena lakṣyate nātra saṁśayaḥ |
វាយុបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «បញ្ញា ត្រូវបានស្គាល់ដោយអំណាចនៃការសម្រេចចិត្តដាច់ខាត; ក្នុងនេះគ្មានសង្ស័យឡើយ។ ចិត្តអាចគិតពិចារណា និងសន្មត់បានជាច្រើន ប៉ុន្តែបញ្ញានោះទេដែលកំណត់ និងបញ្ចប់ថា អ្វីគួរទទួលយក។ ដូច្នេះ ការប្រាកដចិត្ត និងការសម្រេចចិត្តមាំមួន គឺជាសញ្ញាដែលធ្វើឲ្យស្គាល់បញ្ញា»។
