Brahmā’s Instruction on Elements and Faculties
यदा पश्यति भूतानि प्रसन्नात्मा55त्मनो हृदि । स्वयंज्योतिस्तदा सूक्ष्मात् सूक्ष्मं प्राप्नोत्यनुत्तमम्
yadā paśyati bhūtāni prasannātmātmanaḥ hṛdi | svayaṁjyotis tadā sūkṣmāt sūkṣmaṁ prāpnoty anuttamam ||
វាយុទេវបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ នៅពេលយោគីមានចិត្តស្រស់ថ្លា ស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ ហើយឃើញសត្វមានជីវិតទាំងអស់ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងបេះដូងនៃអាត្មារបស់ខ្លួន នោះគាត់—ភ្លឺដោយពន្លឺរបស់ខ្លួនឯង—ឈានដល់ព្រះបរម (បរមាត្មា) ដែលល្អឥតខ្ចោះ ល្អិតជាងអ្វីៗទាំងអស់។
