अश्वमेध-उपदेशः तथा मरुत्त-यज्ञ-धन-प्रसङ्गः
Counsel on Aśvamedha and the Marutta-treasure episode
इमं ज्ञातिवर्ध॑ कृत्वा सुमहान्तं द्विजोत्तम । दानमल्पं न शक्नोमि दातुं वित्तं च नास्ति मे
imaṃ jñātivardhaṃ kṛtvā sumahāntaṃ dvijottama | dānam alpaṃ na śaknomi dātuṃ vittaṃ ca nāsti me ||
យុធិស្ឋិរៈ បានទូលថា៖ «ឱ ព្រាហ្មណ៍ដ៏ប្រសើរ! បន្ទាប់ពីបានបង្កឲ្យមានការបំផ្លាញដ៏ធំធេងក្នុងចំណោមញាតិរបស់ខ្លួន ខ្ញុំមិនមានកម្លាំងសូម្បីតែផ្តល់ទានតិចតួចទៀតឡើយ; ព្រោះខ្ញុំមិនមានទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិជាមួយខ្ញុំទេ»។
