धृतराष्ट्रस्य क्षमायाचनं तथा युधिष्ठिरे न्यासदानम् / Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Request for Forgiveness and the Entrustment to Yudhiṣṭhira
तासां नादो रुदतीनां तदासीदू राजन् दुःखात् कुररीणामिवोच्चै: । ततो निष्पेतुर्रह्यिणक्षत्रियाणां विट्शूद्राणां चैव भार्या: समान्तात्
tāsāṃ nādo rudatīnāṃ tadāsīdū rājann duḥkhāt kurarīṇām ivoccaiḥ | tato niṣpetur gṛhiṇāṃ kṣatriyāṇāṃ viṭśūdrāṇāṃ caiva bhāryāḥ samāntāt ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបាននិយាយថា៖ ព្រះរាជា! នៅពេលនោះ សំឡេងយំរបស់ស្ត្រីទាំងនោះបានលាន់ខ្លាំង ដូចសម្លេងស្រែកច្រៀងចាក់ចិត្តរបស់បក្សីកុររី ដែលកើតពីទុក្ខសោក។ បន្ទាប់មក ពីគ្រប់ទិសទាំងអស់ ភរិយានៃគ្រួសារនានា—ទាំងក្សត្រីយៈ វៃស្យៈ និងសូទ្រៈ—បានរត់ចេញពីផ្ទះមកខាងក្រៅ។
