Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)
उमोवाच भगवन् सर्वभूतेश शूलपाणे महाव्रत । संशयो मे महान् जातस्तन्मे व्याख्यातुमहसि
umovāca bhagavan sarvabhūteśa śūlapāṇe mahāvrata | saṃśayo me mahān jātas tan me vyākhyātum arhasi ||
ព្រះឧមាបានទូលថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះអម្ចាស់ដ៏ព្រះពរ—ព្រះអម្ចាស់នៃសត្វទាំងអស់ អ្នកកាន់ត្រីសូល អ្នកប្រកាន់វ្រតដ៏ធំ—ក្នុងចិត្តខ្ញុំបានកើតសេចក្តីសង្ស័យដ៏ធំមួយ។ សូមព្រះអង្គមេត្តាពន្យល់វាឲ្យខ្ញុំបានដឹង»។
