त॑ प्रविश्याश्रमं दृष्टवा भुगोर्भार्यामनिन्दिताम् हृच्छयेन समाविष्टो विचेता: समपद्यत,आश्रममें प्रवेश करते ही उसकी दृष्टि महर्षि भूगुकी पतितव्रता पत्नीपर पड़ी और वह कामदेवके वशीभूत हो अपनी सुध-बुध खो बैठा
taṁ praviśyāśramaṁ dṛṣṭvā bhṛgor bhāryām aninditām | hṛcchayena samāviṣṭo vicetāḥ samapadyata ||
ពេលវាចូលទៅក្នុងអាស្រម ហើយឃើញភរិយាដែលគ្មានកំហុសរបស់ភૃគុ នោះចិត្តវាត្រូវកាមតណ្ហាចាប់កាន់; វាបាត់ស្មារតី និងខ្វះការយល់ដឹងច្បាស់លាស់។
