कर्ण उवाच तुष्यामि ते विप्रमुख्य भुजवीर्यस्य संयुगे । अविषादस्य चैवास्य शत्त्रास्त्रविजयस्थ च
karṇa uvāca tuṣyāmi te vipramukhya bhujavīryasya saṃyuge | aviṣādasya caivāsya śastrāstravijayasya ca ||
ករណៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ ព្រាហ្មណ៍ដ៏ប្រសើរ! ក្នុងសមរភូមិ ខ្ញុំពេញចិត្តចំពោះកម្លាំងដៃរបស់អ្នក។ នៅក្នុងអ្នក មិនឃើញសញ្ញានៃភាពនឿយហត់ ឬសោកស្តាយឡើយ ហើយអ្នកហាក់ដូចជាបានគ្រប់គ្រងជ័យជម្នះលើអាវុធ និងគ្រាប់ព្រួញទាំងអស់»។
