वसिष्ठ उवाच
The verse primarily offers a poetic portrayal rather than a direct moral injunction: extraordinary inner power or auspicious presence is depicted as naturally illuminating its surroundings, suggesting that true excellence becomes evident through its own radiance.
Vasiṣṭha describes a beautiful, fair-browed woman descending from the sky; her brilliance is compared to a lightning bolt, and her glow is said to light up all directions as she comes down to earth.
