आपतत्येष दुष्टात्मा संक़रुद्ध: पुरुषादक: । साहं त्वां भ्रातृभि: सार्थ यद् ब्रवीमि तथा कुरु,'(देखिये,) यह दुष्टात्मा नरभक्षी राक्षस क्रोधमें भरा हुआ इधर ही आ रहा है, अतः मैं भाइयोंसहित आपसे जो कहती हूँ, वैसा कीजिये
āpatatyeṣa duṣṭātmā saṅkruddhaḥ puruṣādakaḥ | sāhaṃ tvāṃ bhrātṛbhiḥ sārthaṃ yad bravīmi tathā kuru ||
«មើលទៅ—រាក្សសស៊ីមនុស្សនេះ មានចិត្តអាក្រក់ ហើយកំពុងពោរពេញដោយកំហឹង កំពុងស្ទុះមកត្រង់នេះ។ ដូច្នេះ សូមអ្នកធ្វើតាមអ្វីដែលខ្ញុំប្រាប់ ដោយមានបងប្អូនរបស់អ្នកជាមួយគ្នា»។
