catuḥ pañcāśaduttaraśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ dhanvantariruvāca / vakṣye madātyayādeśca nidānaṃ munibhāṣitam / tīkṣṇāmlarūkṣasūkṣmāmlavyavāyāsukaraṃ laghu
ធន្វន្តរិបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ខ្ញុំនឹងពន្យល់តាមដែលព្រះមុនីបានបង្រៀន អំពីហេតុ (និទាន) នៃរោគដូចជា ‘មទាត្យយ’ គឺភាពស្រវឹង។ ស្រាមានលក្ខណៈមុត ជូរ ស្ងួត ជ្រៀតចូលល្អិត ជូរខ្លាំង បណ្ដាលឲ្យចង់កាម គ្រោះថ្នាក់ពិបាកទ្រាំ ហើយមានសភាពស្រាលឆាប់ឥទ្ធិពល»។
