The deity presiding over the hands is Indra, and the presiding deity of movement is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Viṣṇu. Viṣṇu appeared on the appearance of the legs of the virāṭ-puruṣa.
In Bhagavatam 3.26.58, Lord Kapila explains that the hands manifest and with them strength for action, and the feet manifest and with them the capacity for movement—enabled by the Supreme Lord, Hari.
To emphasize that the organs and their powers do not arise independently; the Supreme Lord remains the ultimate, self-governing source who empowers embodied life to act and move.
Recognize your abilities (work and mobility) as gifts empowered by Hari, and redirect them toward devotional service—using hands for service and feet to go toward satsanga, temple, and dharmic duties.
