भ्रातरोऽभाङ्क्त किं मह्यं भजाम पितरं तव । त्वां ममार्यास्तताभाङ्क्षुर्मा पुत्रक तदादृथा: ॥ २ ॥
bhrātaro ’bhāṅkta kiṁ mahyaṁ bhajāma pitaraṁ tava tvāṁ mamāryās tatābhāṅkṣur mā putraka tad ādṛthāḥ
នាភាគៈ សួរថា «បងប្អូនអើយ ក្នុងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរបស់ឪពុក អ្នកបានផ្តល់ភាគអ្វីឲ្យខ្ញុំ?» បងៗឆ្លើយថា «ភាគរបស់អ្នកគឺឪពុក»។ ពេលនាភាគៈទៅជួបឪពុកហើយនិយាយថា «ឪពុកអើយ បងៗបានផ្តល់ឪពុកជាភាគរបស់ខ្ញុំ» ឪពុកឆ្លើយថា «កូនអើយ កុំអាស្រ័យលើពាក្យបោកបញ្ឆោតរបស់ពួកគេ; ឪពុកមិនមែនជាទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរបស់កូនទេ»។
