पुत्रः पौत्रः प्रपौत्रो वा बन्धुर् वा भ्रातृसंततिः सपिण्डसंततिर् वापि क्रियार्हो नृप जायते

王よ、子であれ孫であれ曾孫であれ、あるいは親族、兄弟の系統、またはサピṇḍa(同じ供物を分かつ縁)の系統であれ、その中から儀礼を行うにふさわしい者が生まれる。
