「かくして『聖ヴァーマナ・プラーナ』第七章は終わる。」プラスタヤは語った。シャールンガパーニが目前に来るのを見て、ダーナヴァの王は棍棒を素早く振り回し、（彼を）頭上に打ち下ろした。
