वृत्र उवाच । यदि तुष्टोसि मे देव ब्राह्मणत्वं प्रयच्छ मे । ब्राह्मणत्वं समासाद्य साधयामि परं पदम्
vṛtra uvāca | yadi tuṣṭosi me deva brāhmaṇatvaṃ prayaccha me | brāhmaṇatvaṃ samāsādya sādhayāmi paraṃ padam
ヴリトラは言った。「もし我に満足されるなら、主よ、我に婆羅門の位を授け給え。婆羅門性を得て、我は至上の境地を成就せん。」
