कामं मे पूरय विभो निर्विकारो भवान्सदा । भक्तवत्सलनामा हि तव भक्तास्म्यमहं सदा
kāmaṃ me pūraya vibho nirvikāro bhavānsadā | bhaktavatsalanāmā hi tava bhaktāsmyamahaṃ sadā
遍満の主よ、我が胸の願いを満たし給え。汝は常に不変にして、いかなる変化にも触れられぬ。まことに汝は「信愛の者を慈しむ御方」として名高い。ゆえに我は常に汝の帰依者である。

The verse expresses Shaiva bhakti grounded in right understanding: Shiva is nirvikāra (unchanging Pati), yet compassionately responsive as Bhaktavatsala; the devotee’s surrender becomes the means for grace and inner fulfillment.
Though Shiva is described as changeless (a nirguna truth), the prayer is offered to the accessible Lord (saguna upāsya) who grants boons; Linga-worship similarly approaches the transcendent through a sacred, worshipable form.
A direct practice is heartfelt prayer with japa—especially the Panchakshara “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—while keeping the attitude of constant devotion (sadā-bhakti), optionally supported by bhasma (tripuṇḍra) and rudrākṣa as Shaiva aids.
