अथातश्शुभतारासु ताराधिपवराननः । केन्द्रे गुरौ शुभे लग्ने सुग्रहेषु युगेषु च
athātaśśubhatārāsu tārādhipavarānanaḥ | kendre gurau śubhe lagne sugraheṣu yugeṣu ca
さて—ナクシャトラが吉祥であり、星々の主たる月が明るく順縁となり、グル（木星）が善きケーンドラに在し、ラグナが吉で、諸惑星とその組合せがことごとく瑞相を示すとき—その時こそ聖なるシヴァ派の儀礼を修すべきである。
