It highlights bhakti and śaraṇāgati (reverent surrender): even Keśava responds to Śiva’s words with humility and joy, modeling the devotee’s attitude toward Pati (the Supreme Lord) in a Shaiva Siddhanta sense.
The gesture of sāñjali (folded hands) expresses direct worship of Saguna Śiva—approaching the Lord through form, reverence, and personal relationship, which underlies Linga worship and Jyotirlinga pilgrimage devotion.
Adopt the posture of añjali-mudrā with inner gladness while offering prayer—mentally repeating the Panchākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) in a mood of humility and attentive listening to Śiva’s teaching.
