निजेच्छया जगत्सृष्टमुद्युक्तस्य महेशितुः । प्रथमो यः परिस्पन्दश्शिव तत्त्वन्तदुच्यते

Transliteration

nijecchayā jagatsṛṣṭamudyuktasya maheśituḥ | prathamo yaḥ parispandaśśiva tattvantaducyate

Translation

大主マヘーシュヴァラが自らの自由なる御意志によって宇宙創造に向かわれるとき、最初に生ずる微かな震え・動き——それこそが「シヴァ原理（シヴァ・タットヴァ）」と称される。
