वामदेव उवाच । ॐ नमः प्रणवार्थाय प्रणवार्थविधायिने । प्रणवाक्षरबीजाय प्रण वाय नमोनमः
vāmadeva uvāca | oṃ namaḥ praṇavārthāya praṇavārthavidhāyine | praṇavākṣarabījāya praṇa vāya namonamaḥ
ヴァーマデーヴァは言った。「オーム—プラナヴァ（Oṁ）の真義そのものである主に礼拝します。プラナヴァの義を定め、顕わす御方に礼拝します。プラナヴァの音節の種子（ビージャ）なる御方に礼拝します。自らプラナヴァである御方に、重ねて礼拝します。」
