कस्तमिन्द्र त्वावसो मर्त्यो दधर्षति श्रद्धा इत्तेमघवन् पार्ये दिवि वाजी वाजं सिषासति
汝の救護を求めて、インドラよ、いかなる死すべき者が汝に敢えて近づき得ようか。まことに信（śraddhā）によって、マガヴァンよ、力ある讃歌の奉仕者は、はるかな天の界にて、養いの賞（vāja）を勝ち取らんと願う。

मघोनः स्म वृत्रहत्येषु चोदय ये ददति प्रिया वसु तव प्रणीती हर्यश्व सूरिभिर्विश्वा तरेम दुरिता
マガヴァンよ、ヴリトラを討つ戦いのただ中にて、まさしく我らを奮い立たせよ。悦ばしき財（vasu）を捧げる者らを顧みたまえ。汝の導きにより、ハリヤシュヴァ（黄鬣の馬の主）よ、施与に富む庇護者（sūri）とともに、あらゆる災厄を渡り越えん。
