पवस्व वृष्टिमा सु नो ऽपामूर्मिं दिवस्परि अयक्ष्मा बृहतीरिषः
みずから清めよ、雨を授ける者よ、われらに吉祥あれ。天より来たる水の波として流れよ。病なく、広大なる潤いの恵みをもたらせ。

तया पवस्व धारया यया गाव इहागमन् जन्यास उप नो गृहम्
その流れによって清めよ——その流れにより、牛らはここへ来たり、人々もまたわれらの家へ近づき来たる。

घृतं पवस्व धारया यज्ञेषु देववीतमः अस्मभ्यं वृष्टिमा पव
その流れによって、ギー（ghṛta）のごとく清めよ。諸祭（yajña）において、神々に最も親しまれ来たる者よ。われらのために、雨を授ける者よ、清めよ。
