Transliteration

ity uktvā sa tān harīn sarvān sampātiḥ patagottamaḥ | utpapāta gireḥ śṛṅgāj jijñāsuḥ khagamo gatim ||

Translation

そう語り終えると、鳥の王サンパーティは、すべての猿たちに向けて言い、山の峰から跳び上がった。飛翔の行く手を確かめんとするためである。
