Sampāti’s Account and the Sage Niśākara
तमृक्षास्सृमरा व्याघ्रास्सिंहा नागास्सरीसृपाः।परिवार्योपगच्छन्ति धातारं प्राणिनो यथा।।4.60.15।।
tam ṛkṣāḥ sṛmarā vyāghrāḥ siṃhā nāgāḥ sarīsṛpāḥ | parivāryopagacchanti dhātāraṃ prāṇino yathā || 4.60.15 ||
熊や鹿、虎、獅子、象、そして這う生きものまでもが彼を取り囲んで近づいた。まるで衆生が創造主のもとに集うかのように。
