सुग्रीवस्य शतवलि-प्रेषणम्
Sugriva’s Commission to Satavali for the Northern Search
तत्सरस्समतिक्रम्य नष्टचन्द्रदिवाकरम्।अनक्षत्रगणं व्योम निष्पयोदमनादितम्।।।।
tat saraḥ samatikramya naṣṭacandradivākaram |
anakṣatragaṇaṃ vyoma niṣpayodam anāditam ||
その湖を渡り越えると、月も太陽も見えぬ天に至る。星々の群れもなく、雲もなく、いかなる音もない。
'That (Sunless) land shines like the radiance of the Sun-god with the presence of self-effulgent ascetics who have attained perfection in penance.
