Sandhi Resolution Notes: भवेद्द्विजः = भवेत् + द्विजः.
It implies someone considered outside Vedic discipline—one whose conduct or understanding is contrary to the purpose and ethos of the Veda, even if they may be associated with Vedic learning externally.
It states that a dvija should not be content with recitation alone; Vedic study must be joined with right understanding, ethical conduct, and lived dharma.
Discernment and integrity: avoid legitimizing delusion through conversation or association, and prioritize inner transformation over purely external religious performance.
