अर्जुनो5हं महाराज व्यक्त ते श्रोत्रमागत: । भीमादवरज: पार्थो यमाभ्यां चापि पूर्वज:,महाराज! मैं ही अर्जुन हूँ। अवश्य मेरा नाम भी आपके कानोंमें पड़ा होगा। मैं कुन्तीदेवीका पुत्र हूँ। भीमसेनसे छोटा और नकुल-सहदेवसे बड़ा हूँ

Transliteration

arjuno’ham mahārāja vyaktaṃ te śrotram āgataḥ | bhīmād avarajaḥ pārtho yamābhyāṃ cāpi pūrvajaḥ ||

Translation

アルジュナは言った。「大王よ、我こそアルジュナである。わが名は必ずや汝の耳にも明らかに届いていよう。われはクンティーの子パールタ――ビーマより年少にして、アシュヴィン双神の双子（ナクーラとサハデーヴァ）より年長である。」
